Orders and Returns
Each gown will be made to order in our Auckland studio, to your specified measurements and sent out to you with an 8 week lead time.
You have the option to customize your gown, choosing a different fabrication, colour, with or without embellishment or specific detail. Let us know your preference via email and our designer will confirm the details and price with you before commencing with the order.
If you are needing your dress sooner, please just get in touch – we are here to help.
We want you to love your gown and it’s important to us that it fits you perfectly, therefore your purchase price includes any minor alterations you may need such as a hem shortened or strap adjusted. Anything a little more advanced may incur a small fee.
Once your dress has arrived, get in touch with our team and we will walk you through the process, or make a time to pop in to the studio.
As all gowns are made especially to order, we can not accept returns. We welcome you to come and try any styles before purchasing.
