Founder Victoria Foggo is an accomplished pattern maker and design creative with 15 years’ experience in the Australian and New Zealand fashion industries. Honing her craft in top design houses, her expertise lies in tailoring, hand draping, embellishment and specialized dress making techniques.
This alongside her love for luxury silks and beautiful fabrics have come to define Maiden’s signature aesthetic.
Classic silhouettes with a feeling of modernity. Fitted to sculpt the female form perfectly and effortlessly, allowing you to feel confident and beautiful as you walk into your day.
Offering the ability to specify exact sizing to ensure a perfect fit and giving you the option to choose between variations on each gown, ensuring a personalized touch.
All gowns are handmade locally in-house at our Auckland studio

We want you to feel supported and at ease along the journey of creating your gown and we will guide you through the process.
Whether you opt for a custom gown or a Made-to-Measure style, we place emphasis on fitting this to you and give you the option to personalize the details. If you are wanting a different hue, a particular fabric, or to play with the silhouette, we invite you to share your inspirations
Our Process
Either choose to create a custom gown, along with the designer or opt for a Made to Measure style.

If the options available are nearly what you want, but you’d like in a different colour or fabric, or maybe you’d prefer the dress with no sequin embellishment or a longer train – just get in touch and let us know your preference. We will confirm the details and updated costs with you before proceeding with your order.
The cost is entirely fabric dependent and is often no more than ordering a style with no variations.
After discussing options and confirming the order, you can expect to receive your gown in 6-8 weeks. Once your dress arrives we offer minor alterations like raising the hemline or altering a strap length, at no extra cost. More involved alterations may incur a fee.
We would love for you to come try on the gowns to get an idea of what style suits your shape and your style of wedding. Book an appointment at a time that suits you, to come into the studio. We are located in Albany Village, Auckland, just 12mins from the city with ample street parking.
